HAJJ
Hajj is an annual visit to the Kabaa in Mecca, during the Islamic month of Dhul Hijja by Muslims who are healthy and can afford the journey.
A Muslim must try to make Hajj at least once in his or her lifetime.
Muslims from all over the world gather to perform Hajj.
The Kabaa is the House of Allah, but nothing is inside it, since Allah is everywhere.
It is a cube shaped building, made of stones and covered with a black cloth. A black stone called Hajr Aswad is in one corner.
The Kabaa was first built by Prophet Adam (pbuh). Later Allah ordered Prophets Ibrahim and Isma'il (pbut) to rebuild it.
The rituals of Hajj are reminders of the actions and sacrifices of Prophet Ibrahim(pbuh), his wife Hajra and their son Prophet Isma'il (pbuh).
